Terms
The terms you agree to when you buy something here. Your legal rights as a consumer always come first — nothing below overrides them.
Who you are buying from
Dog Bytes Records is a trading name of Joshua Hunwick, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: DogBytesRecords@outlook.com.
Postal address: 26 Berkley Drive, Guisborough, TS14 7LU, United Kingdom.
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and prices are the full amount you pay for the goods.
Placing an order
Adding something to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil it — for example a garment is discontinued — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Everything is printed once you order. Nothing is sat in a box under a bed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on each product page. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reach this website.
If a price is obviously wrong — a listing error rather than a genuine bargain — we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, though printing can add a little time at busy periods.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If an order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Items become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. Please check that address carefully — we cannot recover a parcel sent to a wrong address you supplied.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and reject faulty goods within 30 days. The full detail is on the returns page.
Artwork and the name
The Dog Bytes Records name, logo, release artwork and designs belong to us or to our artists. Buying a t-shirt does not give you the right to reproduce the artwork, or to print or sell it yourself.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable.
We do not limit our liability in any way that the law does not allow. That includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your legal rights over faulty or misdescribed goods.
These goods are supplied for private use. If you buy for a business purpose we have no liability for lost profit, lost business or business interruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. This version is dated 19 July 2026.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
